Shipping Policy

We want your FILZI order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's how shipping works.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked, next-working-day delivery service.

• Cost: £4.95 per order
• Delivery time: Next working day from dispatch (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays)
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door

Processing time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or if you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us at admin@filzi.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.

International shipping

We don't currently ship outside the UK, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when this becomes available.
