Welcome to FILZI! Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to FILZI. We operate this store to bring you a curated selection of beautiful silk pieces, and this page (along with the policies it references) sets out your rights and ours when you shop with us.

Please take a moment to read through these Terms of Service, as they cover important things like your rights as a customer and the limits of what we can promise. By using our site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, we'd ask that you don't use our site.

Section 1 – Access and Your Account

To shop with us, you'll need to be at least 18 years old, and we'll ask for details like your email, billing, and shipping information to process your order. Please make sure everything you give us is accurate and up to date — it helps us get your scarf to you without a hitch.

You're responsible for keeping any account details secure, and for anything that happens under your account.

Section 2 – Our Products

We do our best to photograph and describe our silk scarves as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. We can't guarantee your device will show the exact shade you'll receive.

Details, availability, and descriptions may change from time to time, and occasionally we may need to limit quantities or discontinue a design.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we'll confirm once we've processed your payment. Please double check your order before submitting it — once it's confirmed, we may not always be able to make changes or cancel it. If we're ever unable to fulfil an order, we'll get in touch using the details you provided at checkout.

Any returns or exchanges are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We ask that purchases are for personal use, not for commercial resale.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices may change without notice, but you'll always pay the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include delivery costs (these are shown separately at checkout).

You agree to give us accurate payment details and to keep them up to date, and you confirm that any card or payment method used is authorised for your use.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and full details on cost and timings are in our Shipping Policy. While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and we can't be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control. Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

Everything on our site — our branding, photography, product descriptions, and design — belongs to FILZI (or our licensors) and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse and enjoy it, but please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without asking us first.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

If we ever provide access to tools from third parties as part of our Services, we don't control them and can't be held responsible for how they perform. Any use of them is at your own discretion and risk.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Our site may occasionally link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content, and if you visit them, you do so at your own risk.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

FILZI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with FILZI. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and FILZI, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with FILZI.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

Any personal information you share with us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, some of your information is also processed by Shopify in order to deliver our Services — our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Section 11 – Feedback

If you ever share feedback, reviews, or suggestions with us, you're giving us permission to use them (including publicly) to help us run and improve FILZI. We're not obligated to act on feedback or keep it private, and we ask that anything you share is honest and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

Section 12 – Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, our site might contain a typo or pricing error. If that happens, we reserve the right to correct it, and to cancel or amend affected orders if needed — even after you've placed one.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

We ask that you use our site fairly and lawfully — this means not misusing it to harm us, our team, or other visitors, not attempting to interfere with how the site works, and not using bots, scrapers, or automated tools (including AI agents) to access it. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are breached.

Section 14 – Agents

If an AI agent or automated tool is used to interact with our site on your behalf, it must clearly identify itself as such and must not attempt to disguise itself as a human user or bypass any security or access measures we have in place.

Section 15 – Termination

We may end this agreement or restrict your access to our Services at our discretion, and you'll remain responsible for anything owed up to that point. Certain sections (like intellectual property, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply even after termination.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our site and products "as is," and while we do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly, we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we can't promise the information on it is complete or fully accurate in every instance.

You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may do so without needing to notify you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect the meaning of these Terms.

Section 24 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — the most current version will always be posted here, and continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
